The design of moulds happens with the use of CAM-CAD systems and the construction of mold is made internally by technicians involved also in prototypes analysis.
GMG for twenty years has been dealing with the design and construction of each type of component for electrical use. GMG realizes terminals and electrical wiring from design to mould construction of electrical components.
The production of terminals and wiring is done in several stages. The first phase is the design of the moulds according to the plan provided by the customer and realized with CAM-CAD systems. The next phase is the construction of the moulds. Finally, there is a terminals pressing process which are subjected to rigorous quality controls.
